Crafting a Refined Vision for COMPLECTO

After partnering with COMPLECTO on multiple events, it became clear that their organization was evolving. Jason Gong, the founder of COMPLECTO, partnered with Worn & Wound Creative Services to help them synthesize their evolved go to market messaging. Not only did the team help them establish fresh positioning to better approach collectors, they became even more equipped to partner with brands as well.

Below is an example of the new COMPLECTO brand positioning we developed:

COMPLECTO is the combination of three organizations in one. We are a community, an agency, and a platform that believes inclusivity is the new luxury. Together these three elements create a new culture among both collectors and brands. We know that by coming together through shared passions, societal barriers break down and the status quo shifts.

  • Inclusive Community - First, COMPLECTO is an inclusive community with hundreds of members across the US. We are dedicated to inviting and engaging collectors from all walks of life through events, activations, and meetups where anyone and everyone’s welcome and accepted.

  • Change Agency - Next, COMPLECTO is a change agency with multiple clients who are interested in engaging with new audiences through diversity, equity, and inclusion. We partner and consult with brands to create messaging, marketing, and products that shift perceptions and facilitate fresh relationships.

  • Culture Platform - Finally, COMPLECTO is a cultural publishing platform. We discover, craft, and spotlight stories of diverse voices who’ve been historically underrepresented. We believe that compelling storytelling will create a new culture of collecting.
